Beyonce and Jay Z have seemingly become accustomed to cameras flashing in the face of their toddler when out in public, but grandma Tina Knowles was a lot less tolerant of the paparazzi when she stepped out to confront a photographer who was sneaking pics of Blue Ivy during a lunchouting.
